Blast Chillers

Hygienic and quick to chill

Blast chillers greatly increase the hygiene of the chilling process by reducing the time that the food is at the temperature that bacteria thrive in. These microorganisms multiply fastest between +8°C and +68°C, and a blast chiller will reduce the time that any food sits at that temperature by speeding up the rate of chill.
