The LUUS Duck Oven has a heavy duty construction, and does more then just cook duck. It is capable of roasting duck, pork, and other meats whiles being easy to use. The unit is very spaciouse allowing for 12 ducks to be roasted at any one time with an 83Mj burner increasing efficiency with space, gas and time.
