Hobart 'AMX-V' Dishwasher with VapoStop

The AMX-V is similar to the AMX but with extra features that make it more efficient (VapoStop) and give it longer lasting periods between times when self cleaning is needed (Genius X²) as opposed to the AM900.

Features include:
• The order always arrives including the drain pump, fill & drain hoses, 3 phase power lead & non-return valve for quick and easy instillation.
• An internal rinse pressure pump makes this unit completely usable under any water pressure conditions.
• The Genius X² system dispenses food particles caught in a fine filter basket in the first 10 seconds of every wash. This reduces dirty water being recycled, and makes for cleaner dishes over longer periods of time.
• Hobart has created 3 different systems to improve the way steam inside a hood is used. The AMX uses all of them:
-4-sided 'E-Save' hood which encloses the back side for steam retention
-15mm thick hood insulation that prevents the hood from getting hot, and helps retain steam heat
-'VapoStop' which is an electronic hood top accessory which runs for 30 seconds and prevents large amounts of steam escaping, which can very well eliminate the need for a canopy.
• The 'EASY-LIFT' hood makes opening and closing the hood a simple task by reducing the apparent weight of the hood to negligible levels.
• The Hobart 'SMARTRONIC' single button design is an intuitive interface layout where setting up and use are two separate things. During use every wash is literally a single button push and the button itself displays wash progress.
• The AM range is specifically made to be easy to wash as easy as it is to wash with. It's bottom area has easy to remove parts that either lift or press away and the bottom area and water storage is all made of one pressed piece of metal with curved corners to help cleaning. For non intensive cleans the AM range has a self cleaning cycle activated by the single button control.
