A hallmark of Turbofan’s P10M half-size unit is the remarkably compact 610mm wide footprint while still having the complete functionality of 10 1/1 GN tray capacity complete with 74mm tray spacing. As well as the minimal floorspace, the P10M comes standard with fully insulated double-skin cabinet construction, an auto-fill humidity generator, holding cabinet function mode, and easy to install plug-in connection. This durable unit can be used alone, or stacked with the E33 oven system.
