Constructed out of two stainless steels (AISI 304 & AISI 430) and a 5mm thick aluminim difuser the FP20 frying pan offers fantastic heat distribution and a hollow ergonomic handle making it easy and comfortable to use. The weighted bottom materials also allow induction cooking with this pan.
