ICE was founded in September 1997, striving to provide economical solutions to local equipment and other importers. This unit, originating in Italy, is the as simple as it gets. It's a single pass through dough roller with pedal capabilities, mainly used for rolling cold dough into pizza bases at exact settings. It can also be used to make flat bread and other rolled dough products.
