Terms of Service

 

DELIVERY FEES

 

We will provide postage and / or courier service for deliveries. A standard delivery charge of $17.00 + GST will apply unless otherwise agreed upon with Brandon.

 

Bulky equipment or special delivery requirements will be quoted as per individual job basis.

 

Delivery lead time is between 2 to 10 business days. Brandon will nominate a third party delivery agent at its sole discretion.

 

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

 

ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before you place your order with Brandon. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods, including limitations of liability.

Bulky Goods are large goods where extra handling and resources are required to facilitate delivery (for instance : a 2-man truck). Additional delivery fees and requirements may apply.

 

Please check if the goods you are ordering are affected. Look for the “Bulky” symbol when placing your order.

 

Business Days means a week day in which trading banks are open for the transaction of banking business in Melbourne Australia.

 

Delivery Agent means any nominated third party delivery or shipping company for Brandon.

 

Delivery Address means the address to which the goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic order form on our website, excluding PO box addresses.

 

 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

 

All care is taken to ensure that goods are in good working condition. If you experience defects to the goods due to manufacturing faults, a repair, replacement or refund shall be made at our discretion.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods, you may request for a full refund or replacement. The goods must be in good working condition in its original packaging.

 

Please retain proof of purchase. This document must be presented in the event of making a claim under our Returns Policy. An online Returns Form must be accompanied with the proof of purchase.

 

The goods to be returned must be packed in an appropriate manner to avoid damage. We cannot provide a replacement or refund if the goods are lost or damaged on arrival.

 

Freight costs will be borne by you for goods to be returned.

 

 

EXCLUSIONS

 

Our Returns Policy does not cover defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, tampering by unauthorised persons, normal wear and tear and any goods located outside Australia.
