Winterhalter’s single-tank rack conveyor dishwashers are designed to output high power results while only using minimum space. Despite this, the STR110 remains flexible in its ability to adapt to various commercial kitchen settings. Whether installed in a straight or corner setup, this unit achieves optimal cleaning results. To add to the efficiency of this unit, warm moist air that would usually be lost into the environment has been redirected to warm the cold inlet water supply. Not only does this help keep the unit efficient in and of itself, but it also helps reduce the amount of ambient climate disruption that a different machine would create.
The removable strainer and pump inlet filter work in tandem to trap larger particles of dirt, and the balanced coordination of a strong pump, five upper & three lower wash arms, and well positioned jets means that the cleaning power of this unit has been carefully optimised to offer the most efficient use of space. After use, the automatic cleaning process kicks in and the unit rinses itself. This means ensures that the manual cleaning is reduced and less human-power is needed.
