Classeq 'CST100' Rack Conveyor Dishwasher
Classeq was created in 1977 in order to produce simple to use, robust, and cost effective washing equipment for commercial kitchens. In 2004 the company was bought by German-based Winterhalter. The CST 100 is a reliable and high performance machine that is also simple to use and easy to access for cleaning and service.

This rack conveyor dishwasher, the CST 100, has been designed with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and ease of both operation and maintenance. This machine can work up to a speed of about 100 racks per hour. And at 18 plates per rack, that means that this unit can clean a theoretical maximum of 1800 plates every hour. All of this ware-washing power is available at the touch of single button thanks to the automatic rack-feed sensors. Luckily—well, lucky for you—the CST 100 has an automatic standby mode, which will put the machine to sleep when not in use, and a rinse economiser, which reduces the rinse temperature when in standby mode. These extra features are designed to reduce the energy consumption, thereby reducing running costs.
When not in normal use, the CST 100 still has a lot of handy features. The side opening, double skinned door provides a safe and full access to the inside of the machine. Once inside, the wash arms can be easily removed due to their quick-release design. This makes cleaning and maintenance a much easier and more streamlined process. An additional feature of the double skinned door is that there is reduced heat loss and the running volume is buffered.
