Convotherm 'CCCARE10L' Convocare Cleaner (10 litre)
Anyone who has ever worked with a Convotherm combi-steamer oven knows how their pioneering catering equipment inspire better food preparation but even they can build up lime scale and other alcaline / basic residue. Convocare takes care of this by neautrelizing the internal oven system allowing for alcaline / basic residue to be removed. Convocare is automatically taken into Convotherm combi ovens via a venturi system.
