Turbofan have designed the P8M to be stylish as well as durable. This 8 full-size tray unit includes an auto-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function mode as standard, and are complete with easy to use controls. As well as being a stand-alone unit, this oven can be stacked with E32/G32 oven system. On top of all this, the P8M comes with a field reversible left or right hinged door, a plug-in connection to make installation easy, and a fully insulated double-skin cabinet construction.
