The 'RC-45' Rice Roll Steamer was made specifically for steaming 'cheung fun' and offers a 450mm single tray. This unit is designed for all-day operation and produces maximum steam output. As well as this, the RC-45 comes with variable high-low burner control and, of course, steam plate and lid.
