Sleek, simple, and even elegant. That's the design of this Japanese inspired saucer. The gently peaked edges and shallow concave bespeak a certain rigid flourish that is particular to Japan. The dish itself can have a wide range of uses, as the shape is very versatile. Personally, and even though they are Vietnamese, I can see this plate being loaded up with clear-skin spring rolls.
