Turbofan 'EC40M7' Combi Oven
The Turbofan EC40M7 is a full-size, 7-tray, manual / electric combi oven that sits nicely on the SK40A stainless steel stand. The compact width of 812mm doesn’t take away from the 12kW heating power that can reach a temperature range of 50-260°C. This oven has also been designed to have perfectly smooth cooking chamber walls with rounded edges, and a double-glazed door with thermo-reflective tempered glass.
